A labour of love

Our story starts in 2012, when Luca & Mike pioneered Australia’s first mobile pizza oven on a vintage Volkswagen Kombi. With our Kombi, ‘Pizzantica’ took to the streets of Brisbane, making the finest quality nea-style pizza for people of all walks of life.

Recognised for quality, it wasn’t long before our fans were calling for a permanent fixture to enjoy their favourite dough
